We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition whenever applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor color differences caused by screen display variations
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full or partial refund depending on the situation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After production or fulfillment has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
